Full marks from us here at the rescue!! It looks just like the wooden pellet litter that the cats are used to, it lasts the same length of time before needing changing, breaks down to an organic dust which is harmless to the cat if swallowed, and above all, there is no lasting odour!! It’s marvellous.

Easy to clean out and much better value that what we were using before. Will definitely order again.

Finally, a cat litter that doesn’t smell! So many products claim to control odour, but his one actually does!

Great product, good value - last so much longer than the supermarket litter we used previously.

I wouldn’t normally get excited about cat litter, but these pellets are so good! I wasn’t sure our elderly cat would take to them, but we’ve had no problems switching from her usual litter. I’m really impressed with the absorbency and odour control too. Highly recommend!

One 30L bag of Nanhoron Farms cat litter pellets weighs 15kg. It is made from miscanthus grass grown and milled on our own farm on the Llŷn Peninsula in North Wales.

Both. Cat litter is sold by volume and shipped by weight, which is why the two numbers appear together. Our bag holds 30 litres of pellets, and that volume weighs 15kg. If you are comparing against a bag listed only in kilograms, 15kg of our pellets is the same quantity as a 30 litre bag.

Miscanthus is a perennial grass. We plant it once, cut it each year and it grows back, taking carbon out of the air as it does. Nothing is imported, and nothing is quarried the way clay litter is.
