Nanhoron farms manage a flock of 400 sheep, including 350 breeding ewes. Within the flock is a mixture of Welsh half-bred and Welsh Mule ewes which are put to pedigree texel tups used as a terminal sire to supply ABP. Our lambing occurs from mid-march onwards with the lambs being naturally reared off of grass. This combination of breeding and rearing techniques has proven successful as we consistently achieve 22kg lambs with a grading of R or U.
